OUR SERVICES

COVID-19 Vaccination Registration – We are a vaccination distribution site and are now vaccinating DHS Consumers who are interested. Assigned consumers will be able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in accordance with DC Health’s phased distribution plan.

Behavioral Health Supports – As a Certified Adult Behavioral Health Agency we provide Counseling, Community Support, Medications, and needed assessments.

Community Living Supports – Assistance with Benefits, faith-based outreach, training, and more.
